Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality, damage, or defects prior to packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to meet safety standards.
- Label, sort, and stack products according to company guidelines and barcode scanners.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies and workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning labels and verifying orders.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shift availability (Day/Night).
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
