Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify product quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and OSHA protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
