Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select merchandise from shelves and prepare it for shipping using handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Organization: Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with reading labels, barcodes, and basic arithmetic.
