Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) to verify inventory.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safety protocols and weight distribution are maintained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to the Baltimore location.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
