Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, verify, and pack products to fulfill customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners and pallet jacks, to move inventory efficiently.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
