Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise based on customer orders and strict quality standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and WMS systems to scan and label items efficiently.
- Prepare and label packages for shipment, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with barcode scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Reliable work history and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
