Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack merchandise according to customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure they are properly packaged to prevent shipping errors.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your assigned work area clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for scanning and counting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
