Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Utilize handheld scanners to ensure accurate inventory counts and order accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging materials are used correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification provided if needed).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
