Responsibilities
- Pull and verify merchandise from shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Package and label items securely to ensure safe transport.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet safety standards.
- Inspect products for defects and report damaged goods immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shifts (Day, Swing, or Night).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
