Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise based on customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Label, weigh, and sort packages according to shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely when required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
