Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Select merchandise from storage areas and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners to maintain accurate stock levels and log inventory data.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Shipping: Label packages correctly and load them onto outbound trucks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in picking and packing.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to safety protocols.
