Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials and labeling systems.
- Inspect items for quality, defects, and accurate quantities before shipment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure data accuracy.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and preparing shipments for courier delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
