Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and safety guidelines.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure accurate labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills (essential for reading pick lists).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
