Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify inventory quantities and ensure correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and efficiency targets.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
