Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure all packages are securely wrapped, labeled, and staged for timely shipping to minimize delivery delays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality assurance and damage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
- Valid driver’s license (optional but preferred for warehouse roles).
