Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect products for quality and ensure correct packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
