Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify product quantities and quality before packaging to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Organize inventory on pallets and shelves to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or picking and packing is a plus.
