Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory in real-time.
- Ensure proper packaging materials are used to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve order discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
