Responsibilities
- Select and pick products from the warehouse shelves according to picking tickets and digital scanners.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy by checking product quantities and descriptions against work orders.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all shipping labels are correctly applied.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and basic warehouse equipment as trained.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Willingness to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand scanning labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for this entry-level role).
