Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves and storage areas based on customer orders.
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare items for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Scan barcodes and utilize handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure all packaging materials are in good condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, as required.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday, weekends may be required).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to ensure orders are processed correctly the first time.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld devices or computers for data entry.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history is preferred.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate warehouse equipment.
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires on our specific picking and packing procedures.
