Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure accurate packaging and labeling.
- Operate handheld scanning devices to verify item codes and quantities.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle merchandise safely using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, picking, or packing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
