Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse shelves using scanners and handheld devices.
- Pack and label items according to shipping guidelines to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
