Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and purchase orders with 99% accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging.
- Label packages correctly and securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) proficiently.
- Organize the warehouse floor to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Ensure all packing materials are utilized effectively and inventory is up to date.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote operations.
- Must be available for immediate start and flexible scheduling.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus.
