Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock discrepancies to minimize errors.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to strict safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
