Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality issues before packaging.
- Ensure accurate labeling and proper placement of items in shipping containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently according to safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not always required.
