Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from warehouse inventory using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Pack items securely in appropriate boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring weight distribution is safe and secure.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate order verification and counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
