Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Verify item quantities and condition before packaging to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Sort and organize inventory to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist with loading outbound trucks and unloading inbound shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
