Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Retrieve items from inventory shelves using handheld scanners and pack them securely for shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and update digital records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep the work area organized and clutter-free.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Skills: Strong reading and comprehension skills for reading labels and scanning barcodes.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and prevent shipping errors.
- Availability: Must be able to work full-time hours.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
