What You'll Do:
Our environment is dynamic and requires a high level of accuracy and physical stamina. You will work closely with our inventory management systems to process orders quickly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Select and Verify: Locate merchandise in the warehouse using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Pack and Label: Package items securely, ensuring they are protected for transit and apply correct shipping labels.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience in picking and packing is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using computer terminals and handheld devices.
