Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they are correctly labeled and bagged before shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor belts safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle inventory movement and stock rotation efficiently to minimize waste.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and packaging.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
