Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Verify item quantities and conditions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and sealing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and safely.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanner technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
