Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as required by the shift.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production quotas.
- Ensure proper labeling, sorting, and staging of all inventory items.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
