Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Operate handheld scanners and verify SKU accuracy before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently according to safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the facility.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
