Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Inventory Control: Scan items using barcode scanners and verify quantities to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Packaging: Package goods securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects before packing and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, hand trucks, and conveyor systems as required.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and bend/twist as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous and focused on accuracy.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime if necessary.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
