Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from shelves and storage racks based on pick lists and customer orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information, barcodes, and addresses.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure the correct items are being shipped.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or a high school diploma/GED is required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
