Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities, ensure item quality, and package goods for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to safety regulations and weight limits.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning items and handling cash (if applicable).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays to accommodate overtime.
