Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to specific customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and damage, ensuring they are securely packaged for shipping.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to verify inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks and pallets safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific degree is required; we provide all necessary training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying quantities.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
