Responsibilities
- Accurately select and verify merchandise using handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Package and label items securely to ensure safe transit and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce order fulfillment errors.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as required by management.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning, weighing, and verifying orders.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
