Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Verify product quality and quantity against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and follow all safety protocols.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Meet daily productivity targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, as business needs require.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
