Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise according to customer orders and picking tickets.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided on-site).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure strict safety compliance.
- Log inventory data accurately using handheld scanners or computer systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Handle returns and damaged goods according to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order verification.
- Physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not required.
