Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Scan barcodes and process orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweepers and conveyor belts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Operate power equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and packaging accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Good vision and ability to read labels and scanning devices clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
