Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from shelves using RF scanners and pick lists to ensure 99% accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping according to carrier specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (tuggers, pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
