Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure proper labeling, wrapping, and staging of all packages.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and nightly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
