Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) with training
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and inventory zones
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts
- Document work activities and inventory movements
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Willingness to work overtime (up to 10+ hours weekly)
- Reliable transportation to our Austin facility

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
