Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and shipping labels.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
- Sort and stage packages for loading onto delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and quantity verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (shifts may vary).
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
