Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and pallets, adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times, following all OSHA guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full training for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning and handling inventory.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a consistent work history.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and reporting.
