Responsibilities
- Retrieve and prepare merchandise for shipment according to pick lists and work orders.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure warehouse aisles are kept clear and safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, labels).
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily volume targets.
- Sort, count, and label stock accurately to maintain inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning barcodes and verifying orders.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; however, we prioritize attitude and reliability over experience.
