As a critical member of our fulfillment center, you will ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer a safe, clean, and fast-paced work environment where your hard work is immediately recognized.
Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using RF scanners and picking lists to ensure order accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify quantities, prices, and product descriptions against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified) to move inventory efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on minimizing errors in picking and packing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
