Responsibilities
- Retrieve and pick merchandise from warehouse shelves using scanners and pick lists with high accuracy.
- Package and label items securely for shipment, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory status.
- Inspect products for damages or defects before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, as business needs arise.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
