Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to strict quality standards and safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system in real-time.
- Ensure all packing materials are used correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain a high workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and local regulations regarding warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
